This document constitutes a general informational statement regarding all quotations, proforma invoices, catalogs, samples, technical documents, and digital materials provided by Decotias Tekstil.

Product Information and Technical Specifications

All stated dimensions, weights, fabric compositions, filling specifications, certifications, and technical data are based on production standards. However, variations within ± tolerance may occur due to manufacturing processes. Such variations shall not be deemed as defects or non-conformities.

Color and Sample Variations

Color tone differences may occur between samples and mass production due to batch-based fabric and dye variations. Digital catalogs and screen images are for reference purposes only. Decotias Tekstil shall not be held liable for any commercial consequences arising from color differences.

Custom Production and Project-Based Orders

Orders manufactured according to customer-specific measurements, designs, prints, or specifications are non-cancellable and non-returnable. Production shall commence upon written order confirmation, and once production has started, the order cannot be withdrawn.

Delivery Times and Force Majeure

Stated delivery times are estimates only. Decotias Tekstil shall not be held liable for delays arising from raw material supply issues, logistics disruptions, customs procedures, governmental regulations, natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

Shipment and Transfer of Risk

Delivery terms shall be governed by the Incoterms rules agreed upon between the parties. Transfer of risk shall occur in accordance with the applicable delivery term. Any damage occurring after shipment shall be subject to the agreed Incoterms condition.

Pricing and Payment

Unless otherwise stated, prices are based on Ex Works (EXW). Decotias Tekstil reserves the right to revise prices due to exchange rate fluctuations, increases in raw material costs, or changes in international trade regulations.

Intellectual Property Rights

All designs, patterns, visuals, and production techniques are the intellectual property of Decotias Tekstil. They may not be copied, reproduced, or shared with third parties without prior written consent.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising between the parties shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Bursa shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

This disclaimer shall be evaluated together with the sales agreement and commercial terms separately executed between the parties.
