SHIPMENT - DELIVERY 

Your order will be delivered to cargo within (5 - 7) business days at the latest from the date of your shopping. Weekends and public holidays are not included in the specified period. Campaign periods, lockdown restrictions, force majeure may extend the cargo delivery time. The delivery time of the cargo company to your address may vary according to its capacity. Delivery times may vary according to the regions outside the city centers and may require you to pick up your cargo from the branch according to the policy of the Cargo company.

 

   RETURN EXCHANGE

Returns are only accepted if there is a manufacturing defect in the purchased product. The package of the product you are returning must be undamaged, unused and not damaged as a result of usage error. If the products reach us in a used, worn, washed condition, we may have to send them back to you. In this case, no refund will be made. You must return the product / products you want to return together with all accessories and original box and invoice.

Shipping costs for exchanges and returns belong to the sender.
